MODEL POLICY for MANDATED COVERAGE OF BREASTFEEDING SUPPORT

FINALLY - some direction for insurance companies/payors on coverage for lactations care, supplies and education. The Affordable Care Act that began back in August 1, 2012 requires a lot of this, but it is murky exactly what is covered and what is not and who should perform the services.
